Is move-in cleaning different from move-out cleaning?

It is the same thorough service and the same price. The only difference is whether you are arriving or leaving.

Should I get a move-in cleaning for a brand-new home?

Yes. New homes usually have construction dust inside cabinets, on window sills and in vents. Homes with heavy construction debris may need the heavy buildup option.

Does the home need to be empty?

An empty home gives the best result, because we can reach everything. If a few boxes or pieces of furniture are still there, we clean around them.

Will this help me get my security deposit back?

We clean every room, inside all appliances and cabinets, and the spots landlords usually check. Your landlord makes the final decision, but a professional cleaning gives you the best chance.

Blinds & Shutters: Wet wiping of blinds and shutters to remove surface dust and dirt. The price is per blind. Choose how many blinds would you like us to clean. Unfortunately, we cannot do a wet wiping of mini-blinds due to the potential of damage.

Tile & Grout: Professional removal of mold and stubborn stains from grout and limescale buildup.

Window Cleaning: Professional cleaning of windows (inside and outside, where accessible).
